I currently teach Chair Yoga at Clark College in Vancouver, and Hot Power Yoga at West Coast Fitness in Portland. Join me for a strong, breath-centered practice that builds strength, mobility, flexibility, and stability.
Kids Yoga
I’ve also taught Kids Yoga in schools, clubs, and community settings—creating playful, age-appropriate practices that encourage focus, creativity, and self-expression. While I’m not currently offering Kids Yoga classes, it remains an important part of my teaching portfolio.

Certified Embody Love Movement Facilitator leading empowering workshops for young girls and women.
I founded and produced The Camas Wellness Festival. This day-long event took place in 6 locations with over 30 presenters providing education about family health and wellness.
In this Summer Camp Program, based on the Imagination Yoga Curriculum, we went on yoga adventures, practiced kindness, read books and made "Calm Kits" to use at home.
This Pom Pom Monster Craft is a favorite among my students and my own kids alike! The materials are inexpensive and the mess is minimal.
