Hot Power Yoga blends breath and movement in a dynamic, fitness-forward vinyasa flow. Expect to build strength, sharpen focus, and cultivate a deeper neuro-muscular connection while moving to empowering music with themes that stretch both body and mind. Erika’s classes create a safe, inclusive space for all bodies, with clear options to modify or intensify. Recalibrate, move with intention, and feel stronger from the inside out!
