Stronger For Life
Build strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance in this upbeat, music-driven class designed to help active adults 50+ stay strong, capable, and independent as they age. Using a variety of props including weights, bands, gliders, balls, and chairs for support and balance, you’ll train real-life movement patterns like squatting, lunging, reaching, rotating, and getting up and down from the floor.
Participants should be comfortable standing for most of class and moving at a moderate pace. Modifications are offered, but the overall class is best suited for individuals with a moderate level of mobility who are looking to improve strength, stability, flexibility, coordination, and overall fitness in a supportive community environment.
