Wiredrive 2.0 Launch: Group Trainings in LA and NY
When Wiredrive upgraded to Version 2.0 in 2007, it required a tremendous amount of customer care and education. I produced several open training sessions to present the new features and workflows.
Following the trainings, we had food and drinks, as well as the opportunity to speak one-on-one with Account Managers and Support Staff.

New Video Encoding Standards.
Podcasting Wiredrive Presentations (Video Reels) to iPods, iPhones and AppleTV.
New drag-n-drop features for Video Reel building.
How to make the review & approval process easier when several decision-makers are involved.
New Wiredrive Email Notifications that confirm when your presentations have been viewed and alert you to any activity in your projects.
Account Management
In addition to managing all of the client communications and producing training events, I managed the entire roll-out process of upgrading all of Wiredrive’s accounts. I worked closely with the partners and ScrumMaster; I maintained and audited the CRM system (database), grouped clients together to BETA test in phases and created guides for other account managers to follow when walking their clients through the upgrade process.
