Guerilla Hollywood “Wrap Party”
The Wrap Party: A Celebration of Music Video Directors (2008)
While at Wiredrive, I partnered with my friend Mike Mihail who had just launched his production company, Guerilla Hollywood, to host a party at digital television network ManiaTV, on the set of Dave Navarro’s streaming television show SpreadTV.
This event celebrated the works of music video directors: Marc Klasfeld, P.R. Brown and Wade Shotter.
I met Michael when I was at Montana Artists and he was working for Marc at Rockhard Films. I had a few clients who worked with Marc so I often dropped by his office with reels.
When I started working at Wiredrive, Marc signed up for Wiredrive and I worked closely with Marc to create Rockhard Films’ online library.
When Marc left to start his own company, he approached me with an opportunity to collaborate on an event together. It was an easy “Yes!” We created a memorable night that expanded both of our networks and brought our community together to celebrate the craft of music video production.
