Biz Dev Dinners and Parties
While working at Wiredrive, I produced dozens of business development events that included dinners, lunches, parties and special events in 12 different cities: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oregon, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Austin, New York, Toronto, Cannes and Guatemala.
My sales team and I were always researching the best restaurants, bars and catering companies to create memorable experiences. Production of these events entailed managing the guest list, making reservations, deciding the menu, negotiating the price, overseeing the production and distribution of the invitation, hosting the event, promoting it on social media, following up on sales leads and tracking ROI.
Wiredrive Dinner at PUBLIC, New York
To cap off a sales trip to New York for the Boards Summit in 2009, Wiredrive hosted dinner for clients and potential clients at the Michelin Star restaurant, Public. We feasted on “free-spirited fusion” and discussed our favorite panels from the conference.
Beso Dinner Party, Los Angeles
To support our strategy to break into the Latin American advertising production market, we hosted a dinner party at Beso in the heart of Hollywood. It was a high-end steakhouse, owned by Eva Longoria, that served Pan-Latin food prepared by Chef Todd English.
Digital Workshop Kickoff Dinner at SALT, Boulder
I hosted a dinner for leaders in digital advertising, in collaboration with Boulder Digital Works. The partnership reflected our commitment to providing digital professionals with the tools they need to elevate the creative process.

I partnered with Jennifer Giles at Corbis, a resource for music and rights clearances, to co-host a party to kickoff the AICP Show.

When we launched the New York Office, Wiredrive hosted an exclusive networking dinner in the lavishly decorated restaurant offering a menu of Asian dishes & cocktails.
Cocktail Party at Aspen, New York
We hosted a cocktail party when our sales team was in New York to meet clients and prospective buyers. The intimate event took place at a cozy restaurant and lounge in the famed “Gonzo Room,” which is designed as an homage to the literary mad genius Hunter S. Thompson.
