The Barre Fusions Method

The Evolution of Barre Fusions from personal practice to professional framework

The Barre Fusions Method was my signature certification for group fitness instructors— born out of the isolation of COVID, when I used Barre and Yoga as both a coping mechanism and creative outlet. What started as a personal method for class planning evolved into a structured system— one that fused my background in fitness and technology, somatics and strength, freedom and structure.

This method empowered instructors to blend ballet barre exercises with yoga, Pilates, and functional training, while organizing their lives with checklists, cheat sheets, and a choreography library. It helped instructors build their own unique classes without the overwhelm—while offering the clarity and tools to teach with confidence.

But as the community grew, so did the vision.

Instructors, like myself, wanted the freedom to create their own unique classes without the stress and time-consuming guesswork. They wanted to draw from their own personal dance and fitness backgrounds to fuse formats, and deliver programming that met the needs of their communities.

There are more opportunities than ever to teach in gyms, studios, schools, recreational centers, YMCA’s, JCC’s, corporate spaces and unconventional spaces—often without a script or pre-set format.

I wanted to give all group fitness instructors the tools to fuse formats without sacrificing structure, safety, or results.

After years of refining, testing, teaching, and tweaking—I'm launching something bigger…
